Quest Solutions, Inc. provides tuition reimbursement for continued education. As an alternative, we also offer an education bank account that provides $1000.00 each year to be used for books, software and other training options.
Health Care / Hospitalization
Quest Solutions, Inc. has a comprehensive PPO health care package available for you and your family. Quest Solutions, Inc. also provides a comprehensive dental plan and covers 75% of the premium cost. All employee contributions are made on a pre-tax basis.
Quest Solutions, Inc. observes six paid holidays during the calendar year (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day). We also offer two "floating holidays" per calendar year, which may be used in conjunction with another recognized holiday.
QSI has a 401k plan that matches 50% of your contributions up to 5% of your salary. You are eligible to contribute and receive QSI Company matching after 30 days of employment. Enrollment is the first day of each month.
Quest Solutions, Inc. allows for six Personal leave days per year. Personal days accrue on a monthly basis at a half-day per month. They are to be used for both personal and sick time off.
Quest Solutions, Inc. pays overtime for any hours worked over your regular 40-hour week. In addition, you have the option to bank all or some of these hours for additional vacation time.
Quest Solutions, Inc. will pay incentives for such things as business leads and employment referrals.
Quest Solutions, Inc. offer 10 days of paid vacation your first year, 15 days after 5 years and 20 days after ten years. Each full-time employee's vacation time is accrued monthly.
Quest Solutions, Inc. provides opportunities throughout the year for employees to get together in a social environment, as well as regular business meetings and annual parties to celebrate our accomplishments.
In addition to annual performance and salary reviews, Quest Solutions, Inc. will observe the anniversary of your employment with incentives on five-year intervals. Additional salary reviews may also be done on a merit basis.
Short Term Disability
Quest Solutions, Inc. pays for short-term disability insurance coverage equal to 66 2/3% of your monthly compensation.
Group Term Life Insurance
Quest Solutions, Inc. pays for life insurance coverage equal to $50,000. Employees may elect to purchase more coverage. Spousal, dependent child and AD&D coverage is available at an additional cost as well.
Employee Assistance Program
Quest Solutions, Inc. has made an Employee Assistance Program available to all of its employees. This program provides confidential counseling and support.
